Welcome to Esteem Educators, an alternative provision that offers a bespoke 1-2-1 mentoring programme for young people aged 7-16. Our 1-2-1 programme caters for both primary school pupils (KS2) and secondary school pupils (KS3 & KS4).

 

We are led by proprietors with vast experience within the education sector. They understand the unique needs and challenges that young people in alternative provision often face and are dedicated to provide a safe and nurturing environment for all of our young people.

Our staff are trained in safeguarding and child protection and we have policies and procedures in place to ensure the highest standards of safeguarding are maintained. We believe that providing a safe and supportive environment is essential to help young people achieve their full potential, and we are committed to making sure that every young person in our care feels safe, valued and respected.

 

Our staff are skilled and experienced in mentoring and inspiring young people. They have a track record of developing young people and supporting them to achieve their goals. Our team are committed to providing individualised support to each young person in our care, and to creating a personalised education program that addresses their specific needs and interests.

 

Our ultimate goal is to create a setting where we can develop good people and give the young people the necessary life skills to take with them into the wider world and later life. We believe that every young person has the potential to achieve great things and we are dedicated to helping them reach their full potential. We provide a supportive and positive environment where young people can learn, grow, and develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in life.
