Our Post-16 Programme

A specialist pathway for young people aged 16-25 with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)

How does our Post-16
programme work?

Students work with their mentor to develop the skills, confidence and real-life experiences needed for their next steps. Whether their next steps involve further education, employment or increased independence, we provide a structured pathway towards adulthood and positive outcomes.

Each student's programme is built around their EHCP outcomes, individual strengths, interests and long-term aspirations. Through achievable goals and meaningful experiences, students are supported to make steady progress towards their future ambitions. Our goal is to help every student develop the confidence and independence needed to take the next step towards the future they want for themselves.
